- Strategic sales planning and demonstrated ability to track & evaluate results and anticipate challenges in the market
- Demonstrated ability to lead sales team efforts by directing selling activities and development of individual sales goals; conducts individual meetings to monitor progress and review performance
- Provides and maintains weekly and monthly internal reporting to management to includes sales forecasting/projections and related budget items
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the call center Sales Reps in accordance with our policies and procedures
- Proven leadership ability to coach and develop sales team members in a call center environment
- Creative approach to expanding the company brand within the community through networking and contacts
- Effectively communicates vision, plans, goals and objectives to staff to ensure effective execution and optimize productive of sales team members
- Regularly reviews year over year sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Potential to earn $35,000 - $60,000 in base pay and sales performance bonuses as a manager
